We’re not your average gym.
Our services are geared towards personal training. A personal trainer is always present to guide and assist you throughout your workout.
You’ll scheule your session, show up at that time and wait for instructions.
We’ll have your warm up, workout and stretch ready and waiting for you when you arrive.
Lacking motivation? Thinking of skipping your workout? Not to worry, we are here for you and if you’re not here…..there are only so many places to hide.

What to Eat?

That is the most common question we hear. We promote healthy consumption of real foods.
  • Eat for performance/energy balance -> health/leanness will follow
  • Eat enough protein for your lean body mass but not more … “feed the muscle not the fat”
  • Eat within 30 mins of waking up, must eat breakfast
  • Eat within 30 mins of going to sleep
  • Eat every 3-4 hours
